HRS §103D-1002.5
What happens if a contractor fails to use Hawaii products
If a contractor who won a contract under the Hawaii products law does not follow that law while doing the work, the contract can be canceled. The official in charge will also send the case for possible debarment or suspension, which can stop the contractor from getting future contracts.
