Reporting suspected bid rigging to the attorney general

If you think bidders or offerors are working together to fix prices or otherwise cheat the system, you must tell the attorney general about it. This section only covers reporting suspicions, not what happens next.

The statute, as written — Reporting of anticompetitive practices

When for any reason collusion or other anticompetitive practices are suspected among any bidders or offerors, a notice of the relevant facts shall be transmitted to the attorney general. [L Sp 1993, c 8, pt of §2]
