HRS §103D-712
Deadlines for asking for review or going to court
This section sets strict time limits for challenging decisions in procurement cases. You must ask for an administrative review within 7 days, file for judicial review within 10 days, or start a court action within 6 months. Missing these deadlines means you lose your chance to challenge.
