HRS §11-421

Hawaii election campaign fund; creation

This section creates the Hawaii election campaign fund as a state trust fund. It lists where the money comes from and says the comptroller pays it to candidates, but it can also pay for the commission's operating costs. It does not set amounts or deadlines.
