HRS §121-39
Pay for National Guard officers on state active duty
This section says how Army or Air National Guard officers and warrant officers get paid when serving the state. They get the same pay and benefits as similar U.S. military officers. It also covers direct deposit, health insurance help, and prevents double pay.
