Fraudulent enlistment, appointment, or separation
This section makes it a crime to lie or hide facts to get into, get appointed to, or get out of the state military forces, if you receive pay or benefits for getting in or being appointed. A court-martial decides the punishment.

Any person who: (1) Procures for that person's own enlistment or appointment in the state military forces by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to that person's qualifications for that enlistment or appointment and receives pay or allowances thereunder; or (2) Procures for that person's own separation from the state military forces by knowingly false representation or deliberate concealment as to that person's eligibility for that separation, shall be punished as directed by a court-martial.
