Wrongful interference with an adverse administrative proceeding
This section makes it a crime for someone covered by this chapter to try to improperly influence, block, or obstruct an administrative proceeding they know is pending against someone else. It is a narrow rule about interfering with official proceedings, and the punishment is decided by a court-martial.
