HRS §141-13
Hawaii healthy food incentive program
This section creates a state program that matches SNAP benefits dollar-for-dollar for buying Hawaii-grown fresh fruits, vegetables, or eligible healthy proteins at participating food sellers. The agriculture department runs it and may work with private groups to make rules. It also defines "farmers' market" by referring to another law.
