When the state can block animal imports

This section says that even though the law generally allows importing animals or items, the state can ban any specific animal or item by making a rule. If the state has a rule against it, you cannot import it.

Nothing in this chapter shall permit the importation of any animal or article if the same, or any of them, has, by rule of the department been prohibited.
