HRS §157-31
Petition to set or change milk prices, salvage values, and quotas
This section explains how milk prices, salvage values, and production quotas in a milk shed can be set or changed. It can start by a petition from enough producers or by the board itself. The board must follow state rulemaking procedures, and public hearings are not formal contested cases.
