Watching the ballot count

This section says that, as long as the room is big enough, anyone can watch ballots being counted on election day. You can only be kept out if it is needed to keep the peace.

Insofar as the limits of the room in which the voting takes place reasonably allow, no person shall be prevented from attending the counting of the ballots on election day, unless it is necessary to preserve the peace.
