State keeps rights to old remains on leased public land

When the state leases public land, the lease must say the state keeps the rights to any prehistoric or historic remains found there. This section only covers that one rule.

The board of land and natural resources shall, in leases of public lands retain the rights to all prehistoric and historic remains found on such lands.
