HRS §196-41

State support for renewable energy goals

This section tells two state departments and the chief energy officer to help private renewable energy projects. It requires a site catalog, work with utilities on permits, a state agency program, federal funding efforts, and progress reports. It is mostly about government duties, not public rules.
