Convention center maintenance contracts must follow state procurement rules

The construction contracts for the maintenance of the convention center facility by the private contractor that operates the convention center, by its direct or indirect receipt of, and its expenditure of, public funds from the department of business, economic development, and tourism or the authority, or both, shall be subject to part III of chapter 103D.
