HRS §201H-74

Rules for bond interest rates, prices, and sales

This section explains how the corporation sets interest rates and sells bonds for housing projects. It requires approval from the governor and finance director for most bonds, but allows some deeply discounted bonds with special approval. It also lets the corporation include certain project costs when deciding how much to borrow.
