HRS §206-33

Bonds from the land board are legal investments

This section says that many public and private groups in Hawaii can legally use their money to buy bonds issued by the Board of Land and Natural Resources. These bonds are also allowed as security for public deposits and can be traded freely in the state. People still must be careful and follow their usual duties when choosing investments.
