HRS §23G-20
How the law books are kept up to date
The revisor of statutes must keep studying Hawaii's laws to make them shorter, clearer, and free of mistakes. Before each regular legislative session, the revisor must give the legislature a report on problems and proposed bills to fix them. The revisor can also rewrite parts of the laws from time to time.
