HRS §266-24

Who enforces harbor rules and how

This section says that state and county officers who enforce other laws must also enforce harbor laws and rules. They can inspect harbor areas, buildings, and related activities, and they can serve notices and orders. The transportation department can go to court to enforce these rules.
