Annual financial reports must include a certification

Public utilities must file annual financial reports with the commission. Each report must include a certification that it follows the commission's accounting rules. This section only sets that requirement.

All annual financial reports required to be filed with the commission by public utilities shall include a certification that such report conforms with the applicable uniform system of accounts adopted by the commission.
