How a licensee can appeal a liquor penalty or license loss

If the liquor commission or adjudication board penalizes you or takes away your license, you can appeal to the circuit court in the same area. The court's decision can then be appealed like other civil cases. This section only covers the appeal process.

The statute, as written — Appeals
