HRS §287-29

Rules that apply to every motor vehicle liability policy

This section lists rules that automatically apply to every motor vehicle liability policy, even if they are not written in the policy. Once an accident happens, the insurance company must pay for covered damage and cannot cancel the policy. The policy, application, and any riders form the whole contract.
