Getting a temporary removable windshield placard
The agency that issues parking placards must give one temporary removable windshield placard to each person who asks for it, shows a disability certificate that states the disability lasts in monthly steps (up to six months), and pays the fee. A second placard can be given to someone who already has one, if they ask and verify their disability again.
