HRS §291E-48

Special motor vehicle registration

This section lets a household member or co-owner of a vehicle get a special registration after the driver's registration is revoked, if they meet certain conditions. The registration can be taken away if conditions change, and the applicant must report changes. It is a narrow procedural rule.
