HRS §302A-1158
Free shots and TB tests for children who can't pay
The health department must give free immunizations and TB tests to children whose parents or guardians can't afford them, as long as public money is available and the child isn't exempt. The department can also give vaccines to doctors and other authorized people as the law allows.
