HRS §304A-1753
Contract required before filling a medical position
Before a person can fill a position under this program, they must sign a contract with the University of Hawaii medical school. The contract says they will finish the residency, get a permanent medical license, then work for two years in a prison or rural health job. This section only sets the contract requirement.
