HRS §304A-703

Minors can get Hawaii educator loans

This section says that being under 18 does not stop a student from getting a Hawaii educator loan. For applying, receiving, and repaying the loan, a minor is treated as an adult with full legal power. This is a narrow rule about student eligibility.
