Right to request a hearing

This section gives a school a short window to ask for a hearing if it is denied authorization or told its authorization will be suspended or ended. The hearing follows the state's administrative rules. It does not set any other requirements.

The statute, as written — Opportunity for administrative hearing

An institution may, within fifteen days of the receipt of notification of denial or of intent to suspend or terminate any authorization, request an administrative hearing for review pursuant to chapter 91.
