State librarian's yearly report to the governor

Every July, the state librarian must send the governor a report about library money received and spent in the past year. The report also covers other library matters the librarian thinks are important or the governor asks for.

The statute, as written — Annual report to the governor

Annually during the month of July but as of June 30 preceding, the state librarian shall report to the governor the moneys received from all sources and expended for all purposes during the preceding year, and any other matters pertaining to the libraries which it may deem important, or the governor may require.
