HRS §327L-16
Wills and contracts cannot block or punish end-of-life requests
This section makes any part of a will, contract, or other agreement invalid if it tries to control whether someone can ask for or cancel a request for a life-ending prescription under this law. It also says existing contracts cannot be changed or affected by such a request or its cancellation.
