HRS §329-37.5

Reporting stolen or missing controlled substances

If you hold a registration for controlled substances and believe any of them were stolen, embezzled, or obtained by fraud, you must tell the administrator right away by phone, then follow up in writing. You must also give the administrator any related information they ask for. Knowingly blocking a report or withholding required information is a crime.
