HRS §334-14
State loans for group homes for people recovering from addiction
This section says the state can loan money to set up group homes for people recovering from addiction. The legislature decides how much to set aside, and the department must ask for enough in its budget. Any money that comes back, like loan repayments or outside funds, goes into the state's general fund.
