When officials can inspect water supplier facilities

The state water director can enter and inspect any water supplier's facility to check if the supplier follows the law. The director must follow official rules when doing this. This section only covers inspections, not other actions.

The statute, as written — Inspection of premises

The director, in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to chapter 91, may enter and inspect any facility of a supplier of water to determine whether such supplier is acting in compliance with this part.
