HRS §342G-86
County glass recovery programs
This section tells counties what their glass recycling programs must include and what they may add. It is about county programs, not individual residents. Counties must have a glass buy-back incentive and a paving or other approved demonstration project. They may also fund collection, transport, facilities, research, or education.
