HRS §342J-34.5

Standards for people who handle fuel from hazardous waste

This section lets the state director set rules for anyone who makes, moves, treats, stores, gets rid of, processes, re-refines, burns, recycles, sells, or handles fuel that comes from or contains hazardous waste. It is a narrow rule about who can be regulated.
