HRS §346-163

Licenses and temporary permits for group child care homes and centers

This section explains how the state grants licenses to run group child care homes or centers. It sets how long licenses last, allows temporary permits when a place is not fully ready, and says licenses must be posted. It also lets the state charge fees for these licenses and permits.
