HRS §347-11

Protecting records and keeping blind payments safe

This section says that rules about keeping records private, not sharing confidential information, and penalties for breaking those rules also apply here. It also says that payments to blind people cannot be taken away or transferred. These rules work the same way as in the other part of the law.
