HRS §350E-6
Visits and checks under interstate placement agreements
This section says that if Hawaii officials make an agreement with another state under the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, that agreement can satisfy any other Hawaii rules about visiting, inspecting, or supervising children, homes, or agencies. It only covers this coordination, not other rules.
