How much you pay each year for a housing unit

This section says that the yearly payment you make for a housing unit cannot be more than the difference between the fair market rent and 30% of your income. The housing authority decides your income using its own rules.

The amount of the annual payment with respect to any dwelling unit shall not exceed the amount by which the fair market rental for that unit exceeds thirty per cent of the tenant's income as determined by the authority pursuant to procedures and rules pursuant to chapter 91.
