Annual financial report to the legislature

The director of finance must give the legislature a yearly report about the department's work. The report must show the money taken in and spent for the past year, plus a detailed estimate of income and spending for the next year.

The director of finance shall make an annual report to the legislature of the transactions and business of the director's department, showing the revenue and expenditure for the preceding year, and giving a full and detailed estimate of the revenue and expenditure for the succeeding year.
