Pay for time spent in a workplace investigation

This section says employers do not have to pay employees for time spent taking part in an investigation, hearing, or inquiry held by a public body under the whistleblower law. It only covers that one point.

This subpart shall not be construed to require an employer to compensate an employee for participation in an investigation, hearing, or inquiry held by a public body in accordance with section 378-62 of this subpart.
