How to file for partial unemployment benefits

This section says that to get partial unemployment benefits, you must file your claim the same way as regular unemployment claims. You also must file continued claim certifications the same way as for total or part-total unemployment. It does not explain the details of those filing methods.

(a) Claims for partial unemployment shall be filed according to section 383-32. (b) Continued claim certifications for partial unemployment benefits shall be filed in the same manner and extent that apply to total or part-total unemployment benefits.
