HRS §386-201
Financial statements and other reports
This section tells groups that must report to the insurance commissioner to send an audited financial statement by a set deadline, including certain reserves and an actuarial opinion. It also bans false or misleading statements when recruiting members, and lets the commissioner require other reports.
