HRS §414-483
What happens to old laws when this chapter takes effect
This section explains that when this chapter repeals an old law, the old law still applies to things that happened before the repeal. It also says that if a penalty is reduced, the new lower penalty applies. Actions taken by corporations before July 1, 2001, remain valid.
