HRS §421-8
How the association adopts and changes its bylaws
This section says the members of an association must adopt bylaws within 30 days after the association is formed. The bylaws must follow the law and the articles, and members can change them later. The section also lists what topics the bylaws can cover, like meetings, voting, directors, and penalties.
