HRS §431:10H-204.5
Using phone or online sign-up for group long-term care insurance
For certain group long-term care insurance policies, a signature can be replaced by phone or online enrollment if the policyholder or insurer gets your consent, gives you a confirmation, keeps records safe and accurate, and protects your private information. The insurer must show enrollment records to the insurance commissioner if asked.
