HRS §431:15-336
Ending the insurance company's liquidation process
This section explains how a liquidation ends. The liquidator asks the court to be released from the job after all assets are collected and given out. The court can approve the release and handle leftover funds. If someone else asks and is denied, they must pay the liquidator's costs.
