HRS §431:4-312
Voting by members and their proxies
This section explains how members of a domestic mutual insurance company can vote at member meetings. They can vote in person or by proxy, but proxies expire after a set time or when membership ends. Special rules apply to votes on selling the company's business or assets.
The statute, as written — Members proxies
