HRS §436B-15.5
Converting your business license after changing your business type
If you change your business type (like from a corporation to an LLC) and want to keep your professional license, you must apply for a license conversion and pay the fee within 30 days after the change. You must also keep meeting all other licensing rules. If you don't, your license is automatically lost and you can't work until you get it back.
