HRS §437B-11.5

Repair shops must be licensed to advertise

A motor vehicle repair dealer cannot advertise its business unless it has a valid license from the state. Advertising includes signs, cards, listings, and broadcasts that promote the repair business. This rule makes sure only licensed shops can tell the public about their services.
