HRS §437B-7.5

Repair dealer license requirements and inspections

Before getting a repair dealer license, you must show you have or employ a licensed full-time mechanic and have a repair shop with the right equipment for the work you want to do. The board can inspect your shop before licensing and later to make sure you still meet these requirements.
